I used to dislike it heartily until I grew old enough to appreciate it. Christmas was once one of the happiest times for me,not so now. While it's never out and out sad it just seems hollow and lonely. There seems to be something missing. Makes me wonder where I went wrong.

Yeah its a great song, it's one of the very few great Xmas songs. I love the lyrics...

I like it cos it's a wee cosy tune. Gets me intae the Christmas mood everytime I hear it. Gets a wee bit annoying when they play it at the end of October!!!

yes but its not the best christmas song that has got to be and allways will be SLADE merry christmas everybody a classic

Yes I do, its one of my favourites, the tune is from an old folk song from many moons ago.
