The violation dates are the same only on the first it has original charge felonly and final charge misdemeanor, as well as disposition guilty. On the second it has final charge felony and disposition waived. What does that mean waived? This just came in the mail. Does this look like 2 different violations on the same day (which would be incorrect)?

that sounds right,,,the employer will not get the impression it was 2 different crimes,,,just a change in conviction ruling.
next time,,,don't DO the crime and you won't have to worry about it showing on your background.
