No... I really careful in choosing best answers, but who knows if I'm biased towards them without conscious? LOL...
But usually when I asked a general question like "What websites do you go to watch anime online", then I wanted everyone to have the same chance of getting the best answer, so I'll pick a number randomly in a piece of paper, if it shows "6", then I'll pick answerer number 6 as best answer... LOL... I don't know whether this is a stupid thing to do or not... XD

It depends, a lot of the time I think that the best answer is really from a contact.
Also, I have given best answers to really good answers that werent from my contacts.

I must admit I am . . . but anyways, I usually DO think my contacts give better answers than most. That's why they're on my list to begin with.

sometimes I do b/c there isn't another answer that strikes me right. Normally I just happen to pick the b/a on who gives me a chuckle.
