I remember a discussion where people were asking each other "What if Hitler did this? What if he did that?"
The a friend of mine said, "Hitler did exactly what he was supposed to do. He lost."
The experience of the War indicates that the Nazis typically tried to rule the territories they conquered directly. Poland, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands, areas of Russia, and Northern France, were all administered by Germans.
This is part of the reason why the Nazis lost the war. Administering all these regions was a drain on the German economy. They had to send able administrators to govern those provinces, which diminished the pool of available people to do similar tasks in Germany. Likewise it took garrisons of soldiers to control these areas. And even with all this attention those areas resisted German rule.
Now imagine that Germany controlled not only Europe but large areas of Asia, Africa, and North America. Those German administrators would be stretched to the breaking point. They would not be able to control an area so large.
Revolutionary activity would be rampant. The Nazi response to this was always draconian, executing people randomly to dominate through fear. This tended to alienate the populace even more.
Such a German empire would collapse under its own weight. Some Germans would rebel against Hitler because of the mismanagement of the whole thing - just as they did in 1944 when many of Hitler's staff officers tried to kill him with a bomb.
Witht he collapse of German rule regions would reassert their independence. In the end the political boundaries would probably end up being similar to what they are now. The difference would be that a much greater level of destruction and hardship would have been caused worldwide.

Its really hard to answer this question, since its so far off from what happened.
If Hitler had won in Europe, that still wouldn't give him dominance of the US...
Today's society, if we assumed he somehow did it, would be a police state. Hitler believed in government control over everything possible, so he would have mandated that.
The US would probably be a war zone. Looking at our history, there would still be a resistance movement trying to throw off the German oppression. Same thing would be likely in England and many of the other Western nations.

In America we would be speaking German two thirds of the country. Japanese on the West Coast. Disabled people and those considered Racially inferior would be put down, like a crippled horse or cattle. Hitler was the supreme picture of crazy discrimination gone wild. And he is just realized as the worst mass murderer in history! He was disabled himself, but supported mass killing for disabled. I think anyone like that has a disability some where. Just if their Bread is not done! Up in the skull.

There was a novel based on that, called: "The Sound of his Horn". The picture that presented was surrealistic, Kafkaesque, nightmarish, horrible.
No Jews, no blacks, no Indians, Russians only as servants ( and they were mute ). I assume that Arabs would have been eliminated as well. Chinese would have been difficult because they are so many, but eventually, out too.
Human beings modified to entertain their masters
To gregory:
Under a totalitarian dictatorship there is no such thing as guerrillas. Resistance is broken down, by sheer brutality and extermination.
Hitler was defeated by the external armies. PERIOD

If Hitler had won, there would be guerilla warfare. Rebellions throughout his empire would eventually cause the fall of the Third Reich. Hitler would still lose. There's no way in hell people would want to remain under his cruel reign. I certainly would not.
EDIT: Some posters talk as if they are ready to surrender. Under a cruel dictator such as Hitler, it will not last and why would you imagine it would. Why would you imagine what a world would be like under them? I would not and neither should you. Imagine it and it may become. Fight it and it will not.

Hitler did no longer go with international domination. He in basic terms needed a Europe ruled by way of Germany. Even then his purpose grow to be to no longer get all of Europe decrease than his administration, Hitler had to unified all Germanic human beings residing in Europe into one good united states of america. this could grow to be "greater desirable Germany". He enable his best pal Italy to get maximum of south jap Europe and North Africa.
