I watched a bbq special on the food network and that is what they said too....here in Mo they claim to have the best but I havent found it yet and other than that I only had texas bbq and it was much better

Well St. Louis has great BBQ, I BBQ alot we have Phil's and and others that are real good..
Memphis also great BBQ Corkies is a well known BBQ restuarant in Memphis that even deliver BBQ via Fed EX
KC has good BBQ too
