LOL several times, the other day I called my ISP for an email account that was not working and I ended up telling the guy how to fix the damned thing up!!! :)

I've never had that problem, but what I really don't like is when you call up a tech support line and the technician can't even speak English, or speaks it so poorly that you can't even understand what he's saying.

I rarely had to make do with this type of bad service, though. I was IT at the time and paying for the corporate level or service...and if you are, you get transferred to a *real* call center, not one in Malaysia.

So many of them are rude now a days...who wants to even talk to them....awhile back, I had to call AT&T about my DSL service not working....the CSR was so stupid, I ended up fixing it myself.

That's not as bad as when you can't understand what the crap they are saying and they keep asking the same stupid question over and over . Do you know what I mean?
