Sometimes I do, if it is a woman or child....I don't when it is a man because I feel that, like you, they think it is lame. It's not that I don't wish them the same blessing.....I just omit it out of courtesy.

Yeah, if it's family. I feel weird doing it to strangers. But around family it's expected, so I would feel weird not saying it. And yes, it is lame.

In my family I do. Not some of my co-workers....I wouldn't "bless" a good majority of them for anything...

I do, but my friend doesn't she a Jahovas witness and doesn't believe in God. So after I sneeze she asks "Are you ok?"
