"Years Ago", furniture retailers SELL furniture, not clean it after you've used it for years. :-/

When I was in the high-end furniture biz a fews years ago (and for almost 20 years!) I was always amazed at the people who thought when they bought their furniture, the store was liable for repairs for the rest of the life of the owner...not true...there is no such thing as a "lifetime warranty" on furniture (SOME recliner mechanisims have a warranty like that on PARTS- not labor-)...I have NEVER seen the cleaning of furniture or upholstery as part of a store's responsibility. It is YOUR sole responsibility to have it cleaned. For that, I would call a well-known upholstery cleaning service (like Service Master) to come out and clean it for you...
Why on earth would a furniture store clean it for you? Any wear and tear or dirt or whatever is the responsibility of the owner....NOT the store...

i have furniture from rooms to go,too. i did pay extra for some kind of cleaning service. But I think it was only for if you spilled something on it. It also is only good for like 3 yrs. Their number is on a sticker under the cushion. 1-800-766-6786. You could call them and see what they say anyhow.Hope this helps.

Rent a steam cleaner and do it yourself.

Depending on the fabric, covers can be removed and laundered. Arms, spot clean with Resolve.

Call professional steam cleaners and pay big bucks.
