How cheap?

Forever 21 and Wet Seal are cheap (but look it).

Target has really cute but generally better quality stuff.

Newport news has some really cute stuff on sale right now.

And there's always Ebay!

i would say forever 21. very cheap & they have loads of stuff so youre bound to find something you like..they also came out with twelve by twelve, a new line of nicer looking things..its also reasonably priced but not as cheap as the original line. everythings on their website:) AND h&m! prefer this store to forever 21 since their stuff seems to last a bit longer...

Do you physically want to go to a store or are you including internet shopping? If the latter, try newport news.com, old navy.com, kohls.com. They all have cute dresses that are fairly inexpensive.
