i recently moved to utah and my bike is now running like crap,i have an 01 cr250 with a pro circuit platinum pipe and silencer still running stock jets in the makuni carb any tips would be great

One size lower main jet, open fuel air screw 1/8 of a turn and consider a hotter spark plug.
A less restricted air cleaner ( if available ) would likely improve your performance too.
Jetting is for the most part a process of trial and error.
Try the above suggestions ( Read Your Spark Plug) and adjust as necessary.
