I understood it is a right triangle, with hypoteneos = 12, the vertical leg is 8 and the horizontal leg is x,use pythogorian theorem
c^2 = a^2 + b^2
12^2 = 8^2 + x^2
x^2 = 144 - 64
x^2 = 80=2*2*2*2*5
x = 4 sqrt5
