So I am going to get a check deposited into my bank account that I would like to transfer that money into my paypal account. Then I want to have another paypal account with my name just a different bank account and send it to there. Can I do that? It's because I can't go and deposit my check to the 2nd bank because I have moved but I want to still keep that account open so paypal would be my only solution.

If anyone knows if I can do this I would appreciate your comments

Rather than "load the moeny" to paypal account 1 and transfer, simply "SEND" it to paypal account 2, to then deposit to the other account.

It's against PayPal's Terms of Service to have more than 1 paypal account. You could simply merge the accounts, have both bank accounts connected to the one paypal account, and do it that way. Much easier, and you don't get dinged for fees (not to mention violate the ToS)

There's no reason why you can't do that, all your doing is simply bouncing an amount of money from one account to another.
