No there is no official safety dance but I would like for you and Rachel to make one up. You guys can do the whole S-A-F-E-T-Y with your arms, just like the Y-M-C-A then well put you on you tube

The song is called The Safety Dance by Men Without Hats from the 80's. I don't really think there is a dance that went with it though.

Safety Dance...by Men Without Hats (80's). I don't think there was an actual dance to that goofy song. In the video the guy and some little people are just jumping around alot. Its a very strange video as I recall.

It's a care-free dance. Check the video out and you'll get it....but there was no Safety Dance.

The first answer is right. And technically there is no dance that goes with the song, but I've always seen people do the robot to it.

Not actually....when Men Without Hats would perform, the crowd would often dance irratically (slam dancing was what it was referred to). It was written to encourage them to 'dance safely' so as not harm one another or themselves.
