if yes, just try your speakers at ur friends computer.

Could be a speaker coil causing the hiss. Try a different set of speakers. If the problem persists, you might want to see if there are any updated audio drivers available. Beyond that, it could be your sound sytem is on the brink. You can always install a seperate sound card and disable the onboard sound system.

Above are good answers. So, I give something a little different.
Maybe someone have a better answer than me.
It may be picking up feedback from a faulty fan or something. IF, I get noise and can not fix with software (OR in your problem, other speakers), then I suspect other things. I remove the side panel and with the computer off may unplug my fans and re-boot. It not going to over heat too fast to boot and see if the problem go away. Then re-connect things until I isolate the culprit.

Disconnect the speakers and check if the system speaker is hissing. Maybe there is a problem with the external speakers and not the sound card.

The noise problem could be due to various reasons like a bad sound card, faulty speaker or headphones and also due to some interference from other devices in your computer. But the most common of all factors is the the soundcard itself and its inputs, which might be enabled in spite of them not being in use.
