Make her a scrapbook full of pictures of the two of you. My best friend did that for one of my birthdays. It had pictures ranging from the 2nd grade (when we met) until when she gave me the album (my 21st birthday). It's something I cherish and will always keep.

If you have a lot of pics w/ each other make a photo album w/ your personal touches aka..add things that she likes pics of bands, candy, news stories of this year!!! Good luck..
Also..try making a dvd of pics/news articals if you have time!
