I am a series of portraits, none of which has a figure in it, all of which have 'artifacts' from my life depicted. My husband is the artist, and he follows the Second Commandment: Make unto thee no graven images. He drew these portraits of me when we first started going together ... you may never see them, but to me, these are just a few of the pieces of fine art my husband and I possess ... most done by him, one by a friend who gave it to us for a wedding present ... it hangs to the right of the doorway going out into the world. We are very happy, but my husband is now a web developer, and doesn't do much fine art any more ... he may do it again, someday, and I'll become new portraits then ... because life does go on, and people change as they get older.
