I guess there a better way than what I do, but, I just copy my Bookmarks/Favorites folder onto a Jump-Drive. Then I can just copy it back in on the same or another computer.

You can use a couple of methods. First, with the browser open, click File, Export, Export Favorites. Or you can just copy the Favorites folder. To find it follow this path. My Computer/"C"/Documents and settings/your folder/Favorites. Copy and past the favorites folder to a thumb drive or any other type of external medium. I also keep a copy of this folder on my backup drive. You do back up, right?

If you want them in a place you can always use no matter what, from whatever computer, try saving them to http://del.icio.us. It's a really good place to save all your links, whenever you want them. They have an application you can use, or you can use bookmarklets to bookmark them from your browser, and you can access them from anywhere.
