Bobby Darin's "Beyond The Sea" from the early 60's I think

Michael Franks' "Eggplant" also covered nicely by Diana Krall

Most anything Diana Krall ever recorded!!

Michael Franks' "Popsiscle Toes" nicely covered byManhattan Transfer and Diana Krall(separate CD's though)

Most anything Frank Sinatra sang. "Summer Wind" and Come Fly with Me" come to mind.

George Michaels' "Kissing a Fool"

Steely Dan's whole ablum "AJA" from the late 70's A total masterpiece and available in CD I believe.

I could go an and on, but I'll let osome others chime in.

I can't listen to Tobacco road, but stray cat strut has a lot more in common with blues than jazz.

If you want to listen to blues then try the Rolling Stones, Otis Clay, Professor longhair, Ray Charles or Muddy Waters.
