Developed nations are those with advanced economies. Advanced economies are those that include large services and industry sectors and where companies re-invest their money in the economy.
How does a developing country become developed? Well, if there was a simple answer then there wouldn't be any developing counties!
I think that education, economic freedom, and the rule of law are essential for nations to develop.
Hope this helps!
