and don't give me crap about having no regrets, everyone regrets something, even if its something small!! saying something less then intelligent or insulting when you were out last night, tripping and looking like a fool, etc etc etc!

Hmmm... interesting question. Yes and no. Yes because there is a LOT of hurt and pain that I wouldn't have to go thru if I could go back and start again. No because I like who I am and all that hurt and pain that I've experienced has shaped me. I am who I am because of all the crap I've endured over the years.

I'm not saying that if I could go back and start over and make things different I wouldn't be hurt or experience pain. That's not the case. There will always be things that hurt us and cause pain... I'm talking about the kind of hurt and pain.

I have no final answer. I have learned things over the past few months that make me think I definitely would go back and make things different. Then I think of how those changes would affect who I am today.

In a lot of respects yes I wish I could go back and start again, I wouldn't be as stupid and as gullible as I was as a child for a start off and I would make sure my mom did make my father leave the first time he beat the crap out of her, I would have tried a heck of a lot harder at school too, I would have got myself the confidence I have now at a much younger age and not let people walk all over me, wish it was possible at times.

Yes I would, there are many things I would do differently I would study at school, obtain a proper qualification that allowed me to get a well paid job and that would help me get out of the UK, there are boyfriends (one in particular) that I would not go out with and friends that I would try harder to keep.

But there is also alot I wouldn't change, I have acheived all the goals I have set myself to date, which is more that most people, and I wouldn't change that for the world.

I do have regrets, but at the same time, our past paves who we are in the future. I wonder if I didn't experience the things I did, would I be who I am today? For the most part, I like how my life is going. It could be worse, but maybe it could be better. I know I have two wonderful children that I enjoy so much!

In a dual time yes, not changing this one, even with all the crap and heartache....but in a dual sense where you had the before you knew and the after to see what you'd really do with it, yes...without a doubt. Are you in the process of working a deal out for this option?

I'd rewind by a year and change some things that I thought were small and insignificant at the time.

I would go back to high school (i am only 28) and then go to college immediately following and probably would have accomplished my PhD by now!! If I would have done that my life would be COMPLETELY different today! Although, I am married now and happy, just wish I had my degree already!

No so far so good. There are a few things that I might change if I had the opportunity but if I did that then I wouldn't be the person that I am today so no, I wouldn't.
