Looking for a website that will give up to date value of Canadian coins without having to subscribe or pay for the information.

The sites given were for dealers and they are retail, not what you would get. They also may have or not have the coins you got. I have no guides for dealer prices but do have trend prices that are about what a coin sells for. The thing here is they are all listed from the cent up to the gold. The values are in U.S. dollars and you can expect to get 40 to 50% less. If you have a small list I can help but do not have the time for a lot of coins. You can email me here. If you live in Canada see if a coin club is near by or see a local dealer. Hope this helps some.
