The same reason mine loves me so much :)
Me and kitty is best friends she there when iam sad,shes there to listen when I need a friend.I;am there when she need a snuggling partner to keep her warm,as is she.Iam there for her when she is sick I make sure her belly is always full,Im always making sure she has a spot in the house where the sun hits so she can be toasty warm.She purrs beside my head to calm a headache,shes so much company when iam lonley,we'll be friends to the end..
Cats are amazing creatures and no one can love like a kitty can.

I'm sure he senses your affection for him and he is showing the same.My father has a cat that follows him around everywhere and gets upset if my father leaves him home.My father often takes him in the car with him.
