Facts: A nieghbor reported saw Drew and another man carrying out a blue barrel after Stacy disappeared.

A relative says Drew asked him to help move a red plastic container that felt warm and weighed about 100 pounds after Stacy disappeared. The same relative claims that Drew left him sitting in a coffee shop with his cell phone and told him not to answer it. Drew had an errand to run. Whilst he was gone, lo and behold, the phone rang and it showed up as STACEY. (anyone with a cell knows how easily this could have been faked)

Why did Drew need help carrying a red plastic container if it only weighed 100 pounds or so?

Was the blue barrel empty and carried out when he knew there was a witness so that it provided a fake clue? While searchers are out looking for a blue barrel, he's getting rid of a red one.

This man thinks he is smarter than a fox but he is not. It's a game of cat and mouse and he will get caught.

When he referred to his wife as IT, I knew he killed her.

Correction: The relative said it was a rectangular box, not a barrel, and he does not say what color it was. Sorry, somewhere along the line I thought I read or heard that it was red.

His world of control is crumbling around him. It'll be only hours or days now. I hope he's going crazy with fear of being arrested/convicted.

On the other hand, they shouldn't be leaving the guy home alone with his kids. It'll be another mass murder/suicide in that house if the authorities don't do something soon.

The phone call was plain and simple was fabricated to create a false alibi. He told authorities that stacy called his cell phone and told him she had left with another man. This was his attempt to fabricate that evidence. Pathetic.

The reason he probably left his cell phone was so he couldn't be picked up and tracked by the tower signals while he was burying her.

Him being a police officer, I'm sure he knows that they would go through his cell phone records and if someone had called him, or if he dialed someone, the tower close to where he buried her would pick up a signal - that's how they've found the areas where other people have been buried. He probably dialed his phone from Stacey's to act like she was alive that day so he would have a witness to her being alive that day (so called alive). He thinks he's outsmarted everyone, but I believe he's going down pretty darn soon. It's all starting to add up!!

Tgibbyson asked about this earlier.
It does all seem strange and the finger is pointing to him without a doubt.
Hopefully the police will get the evidence they need soon enough and bring him to justice.
They always get caught in the end!

50 people a day are murdered in the US and every now and then the news media decides which ones they believe they can boost their ratings with.

Looks like they got you with this one. It just bugs me that NBC considers this 'national news' and now Drew Peterson will be unable to get a fair trial as he's already been tried and convicted in the medial.

welcome to america.

Police would say, "if someone was disposing of a body, they wouldn't ask for help." Well maybe that is EXACTLY why he asked for help.
