After all, they use the America our father's (rhetorically speaking) taxes built, the highways, the sewages, the educated workforce.... but then hide money offshore, stealing from America.

Yes. That's the short answer. There should be no tax shelters for these guys.

What they do is legal. Abolish the income tax and move to the Fair Tax. Rich people still spend their money and pay taxes on those items. the fair tax would get you at the point of purchase. No way to avoid it unless black market companies crop up. It would be far easier to catch these guys than find unmarked account information in the Caymans, Switzerland, et al.

well, these companies aren't exactly going to tell you that they're stashing money in the Caymans. And even if they did, What should the Government do? They have no jurisdiction over the Island of Grand Cayman

Yes, I agree with you. Note that during the last several Republican administrations, the IRS was forced to cut back on the number of auditors. Go figure!
I believe we should also end "personhood" for corporations. If they want the same rights as individuals, they need to pay taxes at the individual rate with the same rules applied. They should also be subject to imprisonment.

Not the right question. We (the U.S.A.) would need to make it illegal for USA citizens to bank overseas first, then they could be prosecuted IF there is evidence they have broken the law.

If the companies in question have not violated any laws, they are perfectly entitled to place their money where they see fit. After all it is their money
