Did you notice that the people who need to keep their clothes on, are the first to strip? YIKES
Please tell me a fun story about your experience.

There is a nude RV resort in Louisianna. My husband and I went to check it out, the rent was really cheap. The view was very scary:~)

No, never have been and not sure I'd want to. Closest thing is the result of a little practical joke my hubby played on me. We live in the country with no neighbors visible on either side of us. So that we don't drag dirt into the house after gardening, doing yard work, etc, my hubby installed an outdoor shower (with a curtain around it). Well, it was a hot summer day and I had just worked in the garden and jumped into that shower to clean up. Hubby thought it would be funny to take my towel and clothes while I was in there and go inside. So, I thought I'd show him since there were some clothes hanging on the clothesline. I made a mad dash over to get them and just about then I heard a car honking as it was coming into the drive way. Fortunately, it was only my daughter, but she just looked at me in shock and said, "mother, what in the world do you and daddy do around here?" With a towel wrapped around me, I just laughed and told her that I'd leave that to her imagination!

I lived a half mile from a nude beach in Perth, Australia. I was 19 and I have to admit that I did venture down there several times and even went au natural. I felt uncomfortable by all of the eyes on me though. There were acres of sand dunes between my house and the beach however, and I really enjoyed nude sunbathing there. Why is this in "Entertainment"?

Yes- in St. Martin, FWI. L'Orient Beach...famous, most beautiful nude beach.

Nudity in some foreign countries is not considered a spectacle such as Westerners do. Neither is it considered a sexual event or one in which only people with pretty bodies are allowed. It is about the freedom and the LACK of self absorption or ogling others...

I was fascinated watching those without clothes stop and chat with each other on the beach and noticed no one was staring at the other...they interacted just as if they had clothes on...

Although I did not go nude, I have gone topless many times and after awhile my travel buddy learned too that no one was staring at her and it wasn't about whether she had big ones, little one, saggy one or none...[note: we met a young woman who had had a double mastectomy] The total acceptance of the human body, as is...was quite remarkable to see.

Stayed on a deserted island in the middle of a freshwater lake one summer weekend. Just hubby and the kids. Small children went nude. My son got potty trained that summer.
My sister had a neighbor in an apartment complex who used to parade around nude at night with the lights on. The lady was really heavy. No it was not a pretty sight.

Been to a nude beach by accident once. Frightening. I was with some other guys on an off road beach when they still had fast three wheel Honda's we were wheeling down the beach and we went around this large piece of rock that normally jutted into the ocean but at low tide you can go around and ended up on a nude beach with some of the ugliest people on the planet. Made me want to hurl. But I have also been to a nudist camp and that wasn't so bad.

I lived in Australia for 6 months. I remember going to the beach with a male friend. While there, he ran into a female friend who was topless and beautiful. My friend was from Europe so topless beaches were nothing new (I'm from the US).
I was blown away that when he talked to her, he was actually looking at her face and didn't seem to notice she wasn't wearing a top. It was a normal beach, kids playing, tossing Frisbees, etc. I seemed to be the only one who noticed the top half of bathing suits weren't worn. So I figured when in Rome, and took my top off. It was actually very comfortable and the sun felt wonderful. That was close to 20 years ago. I don't think I'd have the confidence to do that now though.

Haven't been to a nude beach, but have been caught in the nude swimming at the beach, or different area's when I thought I was where no one else would be. We all just shrugged it off. Today I wouldn't be ashamed of my body , but it's not the body I had then either. Hope this helps answer you!

I was walking the beach in So. FL with kids and I wasn't aware that there were any nude beaches until I meandered into one. What a site! Many NEED to keep there clothes on, many, many layers of clothes. The kids were totally dumb founded. I got out as quickly as we could.

Yes-and it was on a first date! He didn't tell me where we were going and I was a little shocked to say the least. Did not strip. Was too busy NOT looking to see what the others looked like. I have done housework in the nude-but then you get dust in all these weird places!

Last summer my husband went out to the backyard one morning and got an eye full! Our neighbor was laying out on her back porch totally nude! She's almost 70 years old. He ran inside and told me, and of course I didn't believe it until I went out and saw her for myself. She did this almost every Sunday morning before church throughout most of the summer. I'm just glad that she wasn't some 20 something girl. lol
