Kirk hit a home run.You swung and missed.If you knew you were going to be out of work wouldn't you look for another job?That happened under your boy Bill also people quit in droves towards the end.It also should tell you that Bush is leaving in 2009 not going to be King.

Gee, do you think that this is the final year of Bush's tenure in office might have something to do with it? This happens in every administration as far back as I can remember, which is quite a while.

You are either very young or not very bright. Bush is done. He can't run again. People in his administration are looking for, and finding, new jobs in light of the fact that their present job will be ending. If you look at the administrations of the past 100 years, you will find administrative turnover just like this administration. I know you don't want to hear the truth, but that's something you are going to have to get past if you are to enlighten yourself. 2 points ;)
