There was surplus Apollo hardware after Apollo 18 through 20 were cancelled, but it's all in museums now. Real Apollo hardware has appeared as props in movies and tv shows. The LM in From the Earth to the Moon was real, for example.

Hi. Probably not but if you build a very detailed and space worthy clubhouse you may get NASA to buy it as a command module.

Unlikely. But you might actually get a government waiver so that the maker of the command module will sell one to you. Oh, and don't forget to bring close to a billion shiny dollars.

Yes, i think they will. But i think you have to sign a waiver regarding risk of health while using it. Because it might content high levels of many materials. I think you are cool, imagine things you will do just to be called "cool". Well you might as well look for an old nuclear plant for you other family members or abandoned aircraft carriers.
