I would say the constant hammering of the neo-con talking points on the American people are working. I believe, to put Giuliani in office would be a continuation of the direction the bush administration has put America into. If you want more of the same, vote for him. After listening to the republican debates, I only hear one "true" conservative talking. That is Ron Paul. I believe, if the republicans would put him in the general election he would beat every democratic contender. Sadly, the establishment is doing every thing they can to derail Paul. The have accomplished it in every aspect of the media they control. They DO NOT control the Internet. Ron Paul is doing great in that media. That proves to ME that I am right about the establishment.

That 30% of them want to control the presidency so much they are willing to sacrifice their "family values" for victory. This leaves them in danger of losing the support of people who are republicans only because of cultural issues. I don't think he will get the nomination because a Guiliani presidency would break the Regan coalition and make republicans a minority party again.

I think Rudy Giuliani is a great candidate for president, and if a Democrat doesn't win, I would be just pleased if Rudy was the Republican that beat them.

I would not blame the liberals but the neocons. Yes, I know neocons are supposed to be old liberals but by now they have nothing in common.

my view is at fundamental level
Are they changing the definition of 'conservative ' or
adopting, adapting, their profiles in the mold of existing definition of conservative.
repubs and demos are capturing the agenda of each other as just opposite to each other .

i just don't feel i can trust Rudy and if the right-wing dominated GOP wanted their definition of a "conservative" Huck seems to be the clear and only choice

Rudy isn't my ideal candidate, but he is head and shoulders above any of the Dem options.

It says that the republican party isn't controlled by the far right of their party the way the Democratic party is controlled by the far left.
