Otherwise, just do a google search for "wii pittsburgh steelers skin" and check what comes up.

Have you tried eBay?
Skins for the console itself seem to be rare. Skins for controllers and nunchuks are much more common.
But maybe there is a seller or business that happens to have an NFL license and does make them. Just keep checking back on eBay periodically.
