I applied to FIU as a transfer student on November 24, do you guys think they will have an answer for me before Christmas?

they possibly could, but it may take longer. Universities have different dates and such. Did you try contacting them or did they gave you any kind of date whatsoever? I'm assuming that you applied for fall...?

Unless they have rolling admissions, they will let everyone who was accepted know at once, so if you applied in November and someone else applies in December, the length of the wait may differ.
If you are applying for Fall transfer, you should know that at many colleges, they wait to see how many good applications they get from incoming freshmen, then fill in with transfer students, so you may have to wait a long time until being notified.

early admission will be sent in march and april while regular admission we be sent in may and june thats how it is in Canada.
