Building a structure in the moon, what can you say?

I watched a television program saying that the scientist are building a structure in the moon and their target year is 2050, I'm bothered if this is going to be boom or not.

It's about time, it wouldn't be that hard, it would definately be a boom, to shoiw the world we're going forward
