Get an estimate from an electrician. Do not do wiring yourself. Especially in a mobile home. They burn down very quickly.

Part P does not apply to mobile homes.
Nor does the current edition of BS 7671.

Work on a price of 40-50 quid a point plus extra for heavier-rated circuits.

If you have to ask, get a pro. Electricity is the last job you want to attempt if you don't have the knowledge and skills.

you have to get a electrician who is qualified to do the work you can not do it your self as you now need a ticket to say you are qualified to carry the work out or it can all be condemned if the surveyor comes round

If there are any outlets on the circuit, you need 12g wire minimum. If lights are the only consumer on the circuit, 14g or larger will work.

The last re-wire project I did I charged $2300.00 including supplies. This was for a relative. For anyone else I'd have charged closer to $4000.00.
