What a terrible sad story. I am a mother of 3 and i love my kids more than anything and a story like this really gets to me, but innocent people have been executed in the past, and that,s what worries me. 1 executed innocent is 1 too many, so i have to say against. Although they deserve to rot in hell.

That guy called 'the hurricane' is currently in the UK. He spent 20 years on death row before finding out the police lied. Better make sure you pick up the right person, or that there are no lying, racist police officers.

I am for the death penalty and it should be a speedy process. It shouldn't take ten to fifteen years to carry out the sentence. 2D

why do people have babies if they don't want them???? trust me these low lives will face a bigger judge at the end of their nasty lives than they could ever face on earth.as a parent the thought that keeps running through my mind is ,the pain that poor baby went through before she died and she knew it was her mommy, the one person in this world who should have been protecting her.

If it's going to be applied to a terrorist, murderer, rapist, animal abuser, or child abuser, then I'm all for it. The people I just listed don't deserve the term 'human', and therefore should not be treated like one when it comes to sentencing. They ruin lives, and they deserve the worst punishment imaginable.

Depends on the crime. It may not deter others, but it sure stops the same person from committing more crimes.
