if your cycle is 23 days, then you would MOST PROBABLY be ovulating somewhere around days 11, 12, 13.
That being said, it is also possible for you to ovulate as early as day 8 or as late as day 20.
pay attention to your body. Sometimes you can tell from the way you are feeling when you ovulate. PMS symptoms are at their worst just before ovulation.

if your cycle is 23 days long just subtract 14 from 23 and that would be when your ovulating.
A period arrives 14 days after you ovulate
so your most likely to ovulate on the 9
