You need to forget her. You are only hurting yourself by hanging onto the memories. She is not available for the taking. Move on. Start dating. And when you date, quit comparing every move your date makes to what the girl wouldv'e done.
You don't necessarily need to forget this woman that you care about, but you do need to stop fantisizing about how your life would be if the two of you were together. Turn your romantic love and thoughts of her into a friendship type love. Think of her as in you are glad she is happy and that you wish her the best. Then seek to find the same happiness for yourself. The catch is it can't be with her. You have to find someone else.
Move forward with your life. Don't look back or stay in a stand still with sadness.

If you really love her you can't be selfish...you have to do what is best for her, which is staying out of their marriage. The best thing to do would be NOT tell her, stay friends with her (if you already are), and start looking for a different love interest! Keep yourself busy to keep your mind off of her, even though it might be hard. You will eventually get over her and find someone else, it will just take awhile.

love is always strange (i say this a lot) , sometimes the only way to see the person you love happy, is to let her go and let her be happy as she is now
don't worry too much just let her be happy with the man that she's married to, i doubt it would be fair for me to say that you must learn to be okay with just watching over her

She could not possibly love you. If she says that she does, she is not telling you the truth. When you commit to one person and try to have two, you do not respect either of the two. Therefore, you cannot love either of the two.
