Meaning, we all know that he visits nice kids and supplys numerous toys. But does he visit naughty kids?

There is no such thing as a "naughty" child.

There are children who's parents have failed to teach them good behavior--

Santa wouldn't dream of suggesting that a child doesn't deserve a present at Christmas simply because the kid's parents haven't trained him/her properly.

Every kid deserves love and security.

You say you dont believe in Santa, but yet your asking if he shows up? a little contradicting isn it? Now in the Stories, yes he will visit every child even the naughty and like the previous user wrote, he will leave coal in your stocking. Now it really doesn't matter if your naughty or nice, cuz your parents are buying you things anyways

well there isn't really a santa parents go out and buy toys for their little rugrats.
