I have no clue what Butthead is talking about unless it is something biblical.

It may be with genetic advances in medicine people will be able to live longer than they can now. It's hard to predict what the future will bring in this field. But, right now without genetic tinkering, 120 is about the maximum.

Men had the potential to live for hundreds of millions of years before they acquired speech and the ability to be objective which dropped their potential life span to maybe 20,000 to 30,000 years.
When they acquired technology their life span dropped to around 300 to 450 years.
If you mean an individual, right now their life expectancy is about 100 years.
Advances in medicine may extend this time to about 120 to 130 years but it probably will never exceed the 130 mark.
