THIS IS RESPONSE TO A QUESTION ON FOX NEWS TRIAL:
Just reported the FACTS of the case, and how FOX NEWS argued it -- no biased whatso ever -- just the facts.

fox was taken to court by reporters that didn't want their stories twisted

During their appeal, FOX asserted that there are no written rules against distorting news in the media. They argued that, under the First Amendment, broadcasters have the right to lie or deliberately distort news reports on public airwaves.

Immediately, the answerers response was THUMBS DOWN.

Does this Prove that Fox Viewers dont want the truth?
That they will argue with Facts?
That they will do whatever it takes to prevent the Truth from being reported to the people, if it doesnt favor their opinion?

Thanks for helping me prove my point

ITs common knowledge that this is how FOX argued their case.
But its supporters even still disapprove of it.
What do these viewers stand for?

Have you seen any other broadcast news lately? Let's all remember the distorted and untruthful reporting about New Orleans by all news channels during the Katrina tragedy. The supposed rapes, murders, and other crimes were found to not have even happened. Did any reporters retract their stories? I don't trust any of the news channels.

I can't understand why people here are so endlessly fixated on Fox News! Everyday day I see a post by a lib who is outraged by something on Fox News! What's the attraction?? Is it a threat to your viewpoint? If so, don't watch! Fox News DARES to disrupt the liberal media status quo. That's it, isn't it.

At least the reporters at Fox are willing to step up. When is someone going to sue CNN for representing the YouTube "debates" as anything more than entertainment?

Also, most of what Fox News is not news, but commentary. They're pretty up-front about that.

You can only believe half of what you hear on the television. I don't care if it is Comedy Central or the news channel.
