No. If you are a healthy woman who regularly participates in sports, then you should be perfectly ok. Your baby is very well-protected; as long as you take sensible precautions (the ones you'd probably take whether or not you were pregnant), then it shouldn't be an issue at all.

However there is always a chance. My last miscarriage I was doing palates a lot and I read in my book that air going into your vagina can cause a miscarriage, We did a lot of leg lifts and I wonder if that was a part of my miscarriage, but no way to be sure. You dont have to quit playing or sit on the couch you just have to be more careful.

you can still run and jump and things of this nature, but contact sports like rugby, football, even basketball are a no no. you might get elbowed or kicked, and its better to play it safe than sorry. swimming is really good excessive while you are pregnant. don't strain yourself

no, continue with your normal activities. The activities that your body is used to doing before you get pregnant will be OK while your pregnant. I wouldn't recommend sky diving, but you get my point, right?
