her true name was Filipina Kaniot , and i really pity her for being a butt of joke everytime her name was being called or introduced.

possible if it is insulting, but maybe you still can, with a big amount of money. But why is Filipina embarassing?
but if you can't afford to pay, try registering her name to a muslim name, filing office of civil registrar(ocrg) form 104 - conversion to islam paper, i did not spent a cent,but one must be well verse in islamic religion and have muslim witnesses to attest to that. You can avail of it in any municipality in the philippines.
But, this is a joke, isn't it? fictitious name of "kaniot" changing to dina kaniot is like pining garcia. malou wang,In bikol dialect, this is similar to" paquito ana" Lol!
