loving someone truly means taking care of everything that u know about dat person.be it his/her strengths, weakness or anything about them. love is something that if truly done cant be ignored or wasted for any reason. make sure that u love the person as a whole and by not what he or she has. u shouldn't leave a person or stop loving a person due to their inability in this case impotency. my dear friend science has reached a new peak that no1 ever had imagined. take him to a doc find out the root cause for impotency. if the problem is still not solved then ask 4 an advice of sperm banks where u can have everything done. if still not then the last and the best adopt a child. The thing what u got to know after merrage, let it be unknown to other and u think that u too dont know that. u will do that if u really love that person. but there are several more ways to getrid of this problem. tell ur family members and make them understand by doctor reports. if u think any body our of ur family will point out u and attach a tag of impotent, then please go to doctor and get some other's semens intoduce in side u technically and take the advantage of being a mother. tell that ur husband is only the fatherof the child.
In this way u can save ur husbands secret and can be a mother.
Please advice this piece of advice to ur friend and solve her problem as a good friend.

there are many ways a women can satisfy her self with out resorting to marital infidelity [ which can be learned from an elder women or a doctor ] also the impotant hubby can do it to/for her + they must also see a sexologist. all is not lost never to lose hope. for child they can opt for test tube baby or adoption

Keep loving him!If the conversation of child rearing is an issue it should be addressed.My advice-enjoy each other,grow,love,and live,get your careers in check,secure a home.In due time you both will know if children should indeed fill your hearts and home!Not all"married"people have to have children to have a sucsessful marriage !!!! she needs to be practical as well as emotional.. if she really loves him then there is no option but to continue doing so..but biological needs are also prime to human being.in that case she can counsel him and make sure that there all right options of getting him treated are explored and tried...
there can be many exercises from yoga which can strengthen him...concentration and focus will help him a lot.....
the problem comes when he is no ready to cope with it...it can be embarassing to a male if his wife is not happy (though with all the reasons on this earth)..he will be stressed out and this will do further harm to him and his confidence...

if he is not able to sustain his erection one thing that can be tried is .........as soon as he gets an erection...tie an thick thread (use thick one like shoe lace. so that it doesnt cut) around the bottom of his penis..tight enough...the back circulation of blood will pause and he will be erect for as long as he wants to...though this is a stogap remedy..but very effective...
-----finally when all this doesn't work then i would suggest ur friend to go for masturbation to satisfy her needs.and as far as getting pregnant is concerned..there are other medical techniques where her husband's sperms can be transplanted in her womb...but i am sure this will not be required...with right exercises and right diet (which seems to be lacking in this case) there will be no needs for any drugs/supplement.
I am sure they have checked out options like viagra..so if its not effective stop it rightaway..it does more harm to heart and nervous system than it does good to the other things..
ur freind will need a lot of patience and peseverance..so while u try out all these things..dont forget to ENJOY the life...go out for movies...shopping...but dont eat food outside and try to be happy, even if it is difficult...
i am also tempted to suggest her look for greener pastures outside...but i would suggest her to think a lot before plunging into this...it can become the biggest nightmare of their life..suddenly the world can change drastically...but if she has some friend whome she can trust she can try it out (but pls ask her to be patient before trying this)...

this is a serious drawback in our Indian society....just like marrying a homosexual who for various reasons cannot open up his sexuality to parents...if you loved this person too much then you wouldn't be asking this question..obviously you cannot have an affair.as it seems like an arranged marriage...as all parties will be"orthodox"..best use toys/fingers to overcome that natural urge with a dollop of wild imagination...will do the job to certain extent......

This is not with your friend only, this is happening most of time,all this big shorts don't have time for families,so ask your friend to find some good hobby and get busy there. There are so many things which can keep you only busy,but not internal satisfaction,so let your friend diced what to do?
