take 2 Flinstone vitamins daily instead.

I have the same problem. When you do decide to go to the doctor ask for the chewable prenatal vitamins, That's what i am currently taking. Good Luck!

Take it in a spoonful of applesauce. No matter how big it is, it isn't bigger than any bite of food you would swallow.
You could also purchase some tablet forms and cut them in half. Most prental vitamins come in tablet form.

to the two that said take two flintstones dont do that take just one. those you chew i was put on them because i was getting sick from the other ones. its one read the bottle ladies
theres a lot of iron in those taking too could become fatal.
we arent doctors you should be calling your doctor not yahoo answers

Call your OBGYN/Midwife and ask them what the best option is for you. I know when my sister was having trouble with her prenatal vitamin, her OBGYN suggested flintstone vitamins. Maybe that is an option for you.

Kleigh's mommy---children take one...my sister-in-laws doctor told her to take 2 to get the same amount of nutrients that are in one prenatal....

crush them with jam or honey, it will make it eaiser to take, and next time you see your doctor tell him/her about this problem
