The same name you'd use for a child born any other time during the year, of course. ;)
Assuming you're referring to the stereotypical "theme names" -- Mary Christmas or Holly Noelle, for example -- they're generally not a good idea. After all, people use their names on a daily basis, year-round. Not only limited to those four weeks or so when something cheesy like that might be considered "cute." LOL And really, something like "Holiday Joye" isn't cute at all on a 30-year-old no matter how you look at it -- even at the office Christmas party. ;) Just give the baby an actual name that won't invite scores of snickers at every mention.

My sister was born on Christmas and my mom gave her the middle name as Noel. I think that would be a cute first name for a girl. As for a boy, i think the name Christian.

I don't think it should matter what month a baby is born in. Name him/her what you want. My nephew was born in December and his name's Justin Bradlee if that's any help....

you could do Nicholas for a boy and Nicola for a girl after St. Nicholas - or the more obvious male choice Noel.
My son was born in december and I called him David- just because I liked the name
