it would be a pleasant experience to have all my Christmas come at once I'd have like hundreds of gifts for me what do you think, not to mention all the ham I could eat.

You can have too much of a good thing. If you got it all at once then how would you enjoy it in the future? Would you be less satisfied with Christmas's to come?
Enjoy each day as it comes. That way the future will always have some excitement.

Its usually used to link it to something pleasant, like
'They won the lottery, it was like they got all their christmases at once'.
I've never heard it used as a threat, that would be great!
Something like'I'll give you something to cry about' or 'I'll make you smile on the other side of your face in a minute'(!) is a proper threat.
Correct your mum about this and agree to her giving you all your christmases at once if she threatens you with it, for being cheeky.
