It really depends on how you look at things.
For example the overall winner are pests, parasites, etc... for example the parasite that mosquitos carry that causes malaria.
Then again you also have something like white tailed deer. They do not really "kill" humans but a large number of people die per year due to deer/car crashes.
On the flip side shark attacks can be very dangerous but on avg less than 5 people worldwide die per year do to attacks.
So, it really depends on how you look at things.
If you want some really scary numbers, look at hippo attacks/deaths in Africa.
