It means they're having an off day. They feel out of alignment and stuffy head like symptoms but mentally. Usually a good night's sleep is the cure!

I've been through a few of those kind of days lately.....on Sunday I was Paul McCartney, a couple days before that I was Mike Royko, and on November 20th I was Manny Sanguillen.
