We ate at the Knights Roundtable in the Excalibur (very good but around $14). The Golden Nugget had one that was okay and pretty cheap and also by the Freemont Street Experience. A lot of people left stuff about the RIO and we never went to that. I'm pretty sure its good to, but hey this is Vegas you get what you pay for. :)

Try the Buffet Bellagio on Friday Night, long waits, but worth it! or Cravings at the Mirage for dinner or on Sunday night, try the Rio, Carnival World Buffet

The buffet at GVR isn't too bad, and the prices are pretty good.

The Flamingo has a variety...everywhere we ate was very good, and the service was excellent.
