For the last week, before I can sign on, a small window comes on the screen, it says;
Start Up Project
! Run- time error '53':
File not found
.........ok.........
Willl someone please tell me what this means and how to fix it Please? Do I need to put my computer in the shop?

GO on restarting procedure and when ur system will just startup then continure press F8 fuction button then 8 option will come before u and choose there the following option to remove this kind of error the option would be :
"Last know good configuration command whatever setting recently worked in better way"
Then press enter 100 % chance here to sort out your problem.

I dont no, wht r u signin in but if u r signin in any Messenager. Den u need 2 uninstall it N den again install it.
OR
Dere must b a virus in ur computer, if it is so den scan ur computer with Anti-Virus. It will search de Virus N at de same time it will delete the Virus.

Something that runs at startup time is failing. That is not necessarily bad, because it may be spyware or something you didn't want to run anyway.
