I want a good phone thats cheap!?!

Sony ericsson W850 is a GREAT phone at less than £80 these days !
Excellent music playing capabilities, decent camera - a good phone for light media uses !

That really depends on what you are looking for in a phone and what price you are willing to pay up to.
If you want a phone with easy to use features, I'd say Nokia
If you want more a music phone then Sony erricson
Something stylish looking the Samsung
Its hard to comment on individual features because all these phones now offer 5mp camera, huge memory, bluetooth etc.
Nokia N95 one of the best phones selling (N95 8gb version available)
Sony Erricson K850i is the latest model, beautiful phone, excellent music
Samsung have a variety, U700 is quite a nice one, obviously stylish looking
Search on eBay, it will also help

Sony ericsson phones are good, and you can get some cheap ones now, since they're bringing so many new models out, the older ones are getting cheaper, even though they're still cool phones that have a decent camera and mp3 player in them.

What do you want to do with it, other than phone? Do you want a contract or pay as you go? Do you have a preference for network? What's your idea of cheap?

SE k550i £60 mp3 player, 2mp camera cybershot, 70mb of memory(and expandable memory), bluetooth, infared, radio and looks good to and only £60 from carphone warehouse well it was £60 when i got myn and that was 2months ago so it may have gone down

i've got the nokia n95 the best phone i've ever had and it looks classy as well i got it free on contract from phones 4 u . its also got a 5 megapixel camera its brill !

You should have a look at Nokia. Their phones are the best and not that expensive (at least in France!)
