Sickness benefits are usually accorded to those who have Doctor's certification attesting to illness. While these sort of programs are often abused, it's very difficult (especially if your not a doctor) to identify the abuse.
Often times untrained people allow themselves to diagnose or evaluate illness and really shouldn't because it's human nature to not fully understand what we haven't experienced. Having a "bad leg" can mean any number of things and doesn't necessarily mean that one can't walk normally. You don't know if that person was seen walking normally on a good day, or happened to be on painkillers,or what.
Anyway, I don't get the impression that this is about the g/f's leg.... you sound resentfull and maybe jealous..... the sour grapes are coming through loud and clear. This might be clouding your judgement (in an area that you're not qualified to begin with) and makes me think that you should MYOB.

Don't do it out of anger, take a deep breath step back and make sure that that the facts you have are accurate and then decide if you should call or not. I say this only because it sounds like a lot of hear-say and it's best to be sure of everything before taking action. Good luck to you ; )

When you have a bad leg, the doctor can give you medication that will temporarily help the pain of walking. In addition, people get used to the pain. Also, they can not stay on the legs as long as other people, or sit for too long.

You are being vindictive. That is ugly. It is truly none of your business what they do. You are the ex, and should try to make a life for yourself instead of concentrating on his life. You deserve better.

Normally I dont agree with grassing on people but in this case I say please do it. This is a prime case of benefit fraud - why should they live the high life, wasting all the money they get while the likes of you and I work hard and still go without.
